Revenue Cycle Manager

Mid-sized healthcare network is looking for a talented Revenue Cycle Manager to join heir team. This organization is going through some rapid growth and adding to the department! They'd like someone with at least 7 years of experience with revenue cycle work, 2 or more with supervisory responsibilities. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and generous PTO. This will be fully onsite initially while you get up and running and can go to a hybrid schedule at which time the Director feels is appropriate. Salary for this role is from $120,000 to $150,000.

Responsibilities:

• Management of a portfolio receivables across multiple A/R departments
• Evaluate current procedures and makes recommendations on improvements to processes
• Monitors regulatory updates and integrates adjustments accordingly
• Collaborate across the finance organization to make sure all information is accurate and up to date for reporting purposes

Requirements:

• Bachelors' degree plus 7 or more years of experience in hospital revenue cycle duties
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience
• Strong attention to detail and high sense of urgency to update and correct processes
