picerie Boulud is hiring a full time **Cashier/Barista/Retail Specialist**. Must have weekend availability as well as be able to work the Friday closing shift.
The Retail Specialist position will at different times be responsible for working the cashier, preparing coffee & tea orders, taking orders and preparing sandwiches and other hot food orders, all while ensuring an excellent guest experience and maintaining store cleanliness.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment and has prior retail, barista and/or food service experience. He/She should always exemplify the highest standards of excellence in hospitality, cleanliness, and guest service.
