POSITION OVERVIEW
The Retail Property Manager will serve in a dual capacity, including property management responsibilities along with marketing for the property. The focus will be on increasing center traffic and sales through marketing efforts, canvassing, and enhancing property-level sales.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required in business or a related discipline
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the local market
Candidate should have experience in fostering relationships, collaborating with tenants or clients to establish rapport and trust
Proficiency in budgets and forecasting, or a willingness to learn and receive training in this area
Ability to travel using commercial airlines
Preferred experience in commercial real estate industry or retail environment a plus
