**WHAT YOU DO:**

* Be a brand ambassador in store by adhering to Hourglass guidelines, in line with brand image and DNA

* Build a repeat client based business

* Meet and exceed daily sales goals and event goals

* Provide feedback and daily recaps in partnership with the business manager and Hourglass leadership.

* Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within the parameters of the Company guidelines.

* Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards your work and your colleagues

* Respect retailer/store procedures, guidelines, and brand confidentiality

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* 3+ years of cosmetics sales experience

* Luxury retailer experience preferred

* Exceptional make up artistry skills

* Proven track record of achieving sales goals

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Team player who is open and inspired by collaboration

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends and/or holidays

* Be reliable, dependable, and punctual
