**Ideally have**
* Familiarity with working with customers, or previous restaurant experience
* Ability to manage priorities and workflow
* Excellent customer service skills
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* An ability to work on weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
* Food safety training will be considered a plus
