We are seeking a highly dedicated and passionate LPN/Resident Care DirectorResident Care Director, LPN Responsibilities include:
- Coordinates, plan, implements, monitors, directs and evaluations all aspects of resident care while maintaining excellent resident care services.
- Responsible for maintaining high resident satisfaction for optimum occupancy, accountability for meeting community financial goals including supply expenditures.
- Oversees/manages staff scheduling and supervision, including training and assigning with the overall duties in accordance with the residents' needs, state regulations and Peregrine Senior Living policies.
- Preforms and assist in coordinating resident services and functions necessary to enhance the residents' autonomy and socialization skills and provide an optimal living environment withing the adult care community.
- Supervise self-medication administration and ensure proper medication administration to all residents per physician orders and per state regulations.
Resident Care Director Education & Experience:
- A registered nurse, licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse licensed to practice as required by state regulations required.
- Bachelor's degree with major course work in human services AND one year of full-time work experience in a related field OR
- Associates degree with major course work in human services AND three years of full-time work experience in a related field prefered
- Case Management experience preferred
- Experience and Knowledge in all aspects of senior living, including assisted living, Memory care, and Enhanced Assisted Living preferred.
- Knowledge of and/or ability to quickly master an understanding of related regulatory and compliance requirements required.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing people in a healthcare field preferred.
