As the Residence Counselor, you would be responsible for:
- Develop and implement Individual Action Plans
- Teach independent living skills such as nutrition, housekeeping skills, personal hygiene, money management, etc.
- Complete assessments, monthly summaries and documentation when needed
- Demonstrate appropriate assessment skills and crisis intervention
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the residence
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings
Residence Counselor Minimum Salary: $17.00 per hourResidence Counselor Maximum Salary: $17.00 per hourResidence Counselor Schedule:
- Night, weekend, and overnight shifts are available
- 40 hours per week
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid NYS drivers license
- First Aid/CPR certified (preferred)
