Position Summary:
The Center for Research and Education in Special Environments ( is seeking an Research Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be familiar with diagnostic exercise equipment, possess knowledge of computer-based programs, have an understanding of basic cardiovascular and neuromuscular physiology.
Job Duties Include:
+ Participant Recruitment, Enrollment, and Screening
+ Maintain participant schedules
+ Implementing and Administering Complex Research Studies
+ Performing Standard Lab Related Tests and Procedures
+ Collect, Maintain, and Analyze Data

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree
+ Requires the use of specialized techniques in the field of endeavor to make observations, collect data, use survey instruments and techniques, and make related calculations using mathematical formulae.
+ Must be able to pass a physical exam for scuba diving or work in a pressurized environment
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master's degree
+ Experience in human subjects research
+ Experience in a human research lab
