Remote Pay rate: $20/hrJob Description: *** Virtual position - but in office at Oriskany NY location for onboarding (about 5 days) and on an as needed basis. When internet goes out worker must be available to come into the office to prevent disruptions in work schedule.***Required Experience:1-3 years of experience in data entry1-3 years of experience in analytics preferred - those with experience in Dental, banking, insurance preferred.- Must be proficient in Excel and have computer literacy.Job Description:- Research and resolve requests relating to dental providers utilizing multiple electronic database files for support of the Dental Product..- Responsibilities range from researching and analyzing information to handling and correcting discrepancies.- Reviews, evaluates, and resolves information submitted by varied electronic and paper transmission means from multiple source entities.- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.- Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
