My client is a an innovative FinTech firm that has been around for 20+ years specializing in helping clients with advancing their OMS/EMS trading capabilities with their Multi-asset trading platform. There are seeking an individual with strong OMS/EMS experience, have worked with traders, and achieved an up-sell quota goal.
The Relationship Manager position will consist of working cross-functionally with internal team and focusing on up-selling within existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to cross sell/upsell or to modify products so they meet customer needs more effectively
- Develop and nurture client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Be the main point of contact in all commercial matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Manage accurate client records , including detailed strategic account plans , contract updates and renewals
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Account Management working with Asset Managers and Hedge funds.
- Strong presentation and client facing skills with the ability to articulate a technical solution and the ability and knowledge to explain the benefits and features to the client
- Knowledge of Investment management industry
