Job Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status in the comfort of their homes.
Develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
Utilize UAS technology to monitor patient progress, deliver supplies, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
Educate patients and families on proper self-care techniques and medication management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Education
Registered Nurse (RN) License (New York State)
Experience & Skills Required
Current RN license in the state of New York.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home care or community health.
Certification as a UAS operator or willingness to undergo training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate bedside manner and genuine desire to help others.
Ability to travel in and around Bronx, New York.
Unexpired NY state driver s license or NYS DMV ID
