Job DescriptionCompany Description:Developmental Disabilities Institute (DDI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to meeting the needs of children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.   • Sign-On Bonus: $5000.00*************
Salary Range: $87,360.00 - $104,832.00Work Schedule: Flexible Schedule; Monday-Friday
  • (7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm)
  • One remote day.
  • No holidays or weekend.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as medical liaison for our IDT team, ensuring proper medical follow-up.
  • Assess injuries/accidents to ensure individuals receive proper medical care.
  • Develop written plans for each case and modify the nursing plan as necessary.
  • Maintain medical records for each individual.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s or associate degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
  • N.Y. State Registered Nurse License required.
  • N.Y. State Driver s License.
  • Knowledge of OMRDD Regulations preferred.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and critical thinking skills.
