- Sign-On Bonus: $5000.00*************
Salary Range: $87,360.00 - $104,832.00Work Schedule: Flexible Schedule; Monday-Friday
- (7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm)
- One remote day.
- No holidays or weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as medical liaison for our IDT team, ensuring proper medical follow-up.
- Assess injuries/accidents to ensure individuals receive proper medical care.
- Develop written plans for each case and modify the nursing plan as necessary.
- Maintain medical records for each individual.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or associate degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
- N.Y. State Registered Nurse License required.
- N.Y. State Driver s License.
- Knowledge of OMRDD Regulations preferred.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and critical thinking skills.
