Rowan is hiring a Regional General Manager of Studios to join our team and oversee the Studios as we begin our expansion across the country. This role will lead a team of Store Managers and drive the business with a heavy focus on selling, the Rowan experience and the Rowan customer. You will be responsible for providing sales training, coaching and building high performing teams. You will lead initiatives to ensure that our Studio teams are experts on product and piercing and that there is consistency across all studios. As the Regional General Manager of Studios you are also responsible for driving in new and repeat clients through local in-store events, community partnerships and clienteling. Rowan has an aggressive store growth plan and we see this role as one that will quickly grow within the brand with the right person in the role. This role reports to the Senior Director of Studios. + Accountable for store performance across all studios

+ Own all aspects of studio training as it relates to retail: sales training, product knowledge, visual merchandising standards, operations, etc.

+ Oversees Store Manager and nurse training in partnership with HQ partners

+ Partners with SMs to support all local marketing efforts

+ Identify merchandise and inventory opportunities to drive incremental sales

+ Responsible for all store hiring in partnership with HQ partners; attract hire and retain the best talent to meet short and long term company goals

+ Coach and develop Store Managers; handle day to day personnel issues

+ Provides direction and sets priorities for Store Managers; monitors progress in achieving company initiatives, priorities and objectives during store visits

+ Manage payroll and identify opportunity to maximize sales, traffic and coverage through effective scheduling and reporting

+ 3-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail - jewelry and/or services a plus

+ Proven track record of increasing sales and store profitability

+ Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Ability to thrive in a fast moving sometimes ambiguous environment

+ Has a roll your sleeves up- get it done attitude

+ Can identify opportunities, suggest a solution and action

+ Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
