Hays Facilities Management has partnered with a leading FM Services provider in NY to hire a Regional Facilities Coordinator.
Your new role
The job duties of the Regional Facilities Coordinator will include, among others:
- Coordinating service activities and serving as a liaison between the client and on-site employees and subcontractors.
- Logging all service requests and scheduling/coordination accordingly.
- Reviewing job queues and activity reports/client portals on a consistent basis.
- Supporting multiple Regional Operations Directors and Operations Managers in their accounts in the East Coast region.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Working knowledge of Customer Service industries and client requirements (Admin/Dispatch background a plus).
- Developing and maintaining a working-level understanding of HVAC and Facilities Management services.
- Detail-oriented, team-oriented, and knowledgeable.
- Excellent customer service skills, oral communication skills, and technical aptitude.
- Logistical thinking ability and comfort with learning technical equipment.
What you'll get in return
$20-$30 per hour based on experience
