Guidepoint is looking for diverse candidates to fill a Recruitment Consultant, Technology role. The ideal profile will have 5+ years of experience Sourcing and Recruiting for highly technical roles such as: Senior DevOps Engineer, Sr. ML Engineer, Sr. AI Engineer, Sr. Data Scientist, ML Ops Engineer, etc.
The position directly reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, US Technology.
All consultants are expected to meet the following KPIs each month:
- Source Candidates That Lead Towards the Following Hires:
- IC and Senior Manager technology roles
- Candidates Sourced & Outreached: 100 Per Week
- LinkedIn InMail Response Rate: 20%
- TA Screens Per Week: 20 (30 Minutes Per Interview/10 Hours Per Week)
- New Active Candidates Per Week (Post TA Screen): 5
- Candidate Conversion from TA Interview to Hiring Manager Interview: 75%
What We Expect
- Confidence in your ability to create your own sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings
- Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter including the ability to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters
- Experienced in sourcing beyond LinkedIn on tools such as GitHub, and the ability to perform Google X-ray searches
- Excellent communication skills in order to interview senior candidates in technology
- Sophisticated offer negotiation skills in order to close candidates
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience sourcing and recruiting in a fast-paced environment for hard to fill Engineering, AI, ML, Data Science, and other technology roles
- Strong acumen and understanding of PHP Engineering, .Net, DevOps, and similar tech stacks
- Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency
- Must be flexible and can work independently
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
WHAT WE OFFER:
The hourly rate for this position is $55-$80 per hour and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.
