Position: Recruitment Consultant - Accounting & Finance

Location: NYC

Hybrid: 2-3 days in office

FIFTEEN WEST is currently partnering with an Accounting and Finance Staffing firm based in NYC. They are looking to expand their office here with talented recruiters that are looking to level up their careers! My client specializes in placing high level A&F professionals into A&F, Tech, Marketing, Investment Banking and Trading sectors.

PLEASE NOTE: You must have experience in a full desk, 360 recruitment agency environment to be considered for this role.

Ideal experience:

• Experience working with high level candidates
• Business Development experience within a recruitment agency
• Ideally come from experience within A&F or related sectors (or be willing to transition)
• Based in NYC
• Previous agency experience working in a full desk capacity
