Recruitment Consultant - Investment Banking (Quant Finance)

Please note this is remote opportunity for candidate based in US East coast (NY preferably)

Anson McCade is a specialist executive search and consultancy firm operating internationally.

We specialise in the Technology and Capital Markets (Quant Finance) sectors and work with a wide variety of companies from innovative start-ups to global household names.

Currently we are looking for a driven individual to join our team of experts in London (on remote basis) who would help us build out our recruitment presence in US and certain areas technology (in Quant Finance) and also Portfolio Managers/Traders Systematic and Discretionary.

Financial Recruitment Consultant role is extremely varied; some key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Networking with the market - senior level headhunting
• Candidate management throughout the process including interview scheduling, preparation and feedback, to career/role discussion and financial compensation negotiation.
• Developing and maintaining in-depth market knowledge
• Facilitating negotiations between clients and candidates Client/account management job description detailing, interview scheduling and feedback, to HR/business negotiation and market discussion.
• Liaising with team members and others in a collaborative way working together and more efficiently on respective mandates and market areas.
• Updating database and candidates administration

To succeed in this role it is crucial to have excellent communication and organisation skills and confidence in building relationships; you will also need to have:

• Proven Experience as a Recruiter in an agency consultancy setting or Account Management/ Finance related roles.
• Driven, goal-focused, and target-oriented
• Able to use your initiative, we don't micromanage here
• Entrepreneurial and career-driven
• Good understanding of the Financial Markets functions, or ability to pick up technical concepts in Capital Market space is also essential.
