Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client accounts, fostering strong relationships to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for client positions, ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism in candidate placements.
- Utilize various recruiting methods and tools, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Negotiate job offers and compensation packages, acting as a liaison between clients and candidates to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to adapt recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall recruitment experience for clients and candidates.
- Drive business growth by actively seeking new client opportunities and expanding our client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

- Proficient computer skills, including experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
