A legal services firm in New Jersey is currently seeking a personable and versatile professional to join their growing team as their new Receptionist.Responsibilities:The Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Greeting visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and providing them with any necessary directions or information
- Answering the main phone line for incoming phone calls and transfer calls as appropriate
- Managing conference room scheduled meetings for the day
- Receiving mail, deliveries, and packages
- Setting up rooms for meetings, including serving refreshments to firm clients/guests attending meetings
- Organizing all catering orders and attending to the needs of firm guests/clients
- Performing other general office administrative tasks and clerical duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in an Administrative and/or Clerical role
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, and/or Secretarial role
