Bilingual - English & Spanish required
We are looking for a start date of 5/28 or 5/29 and we are available for interviews next week. Interviews can be done via teams/zoom.
We do not project if and when this role would become permanent, so the candidate would have to be okay with a Temp status, which would be a great opportunity to gain HR experience in the hospitality industry.
Qualifications required:
- Must be Bilingual ((Spanish/English)
- Prior HR Admin/assistant experience preferred, however, we are open to someone without HR experience if they possess great admin or receptionist skills.
- Fast typer, great with note taker for investigations and meetings.
- This role primarily services the HR sector, respect and decorum towards confidential/protected information is key.
- Organized
- Self-motivated
- Versed in Microsoft programs.
- Social (Employee relations is a core component of this role)
- Punctual
- Able to take directives and can multitask.
Position specs:
Monday through Thursday 9 am to 5pm, Fridays 8:30 am to 1pm
- Greet, check in and register guests.
- Restock pantry and supplies. Lifting required.
- Weekly filing.
- Receive all mail.
- Our restaurant and event space is located on the 65th floor and we have an outdoor terrace. Must be okay with heights.
