GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, an average of 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency s standards of client service Find homes that meet buyer clients criteria and budget to generate sales faster Refine buyer s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Qualifications: Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Professional in attitude and appearance Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car NYS Real Estate License Compensation: $75,000 potential - Commission Only
