Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and legal counsel in real estate development, leasing, and acquisitions.
- Oversee leasing transactions and contribute to portfolio leasing projects.
- Resolve landlord-tenant issues and ensure legal compliance.
- Negotiate complex commercial financing arrangements.
- Manage tax assessment appeals, land use, and zoning matters.
- Lead efforts in obtaining economic incentives for development projects.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership with the state bar association.
- Extensive experience in real estate law, especially in development and leasing.
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant issues, commercial financing, and tax assessment appeals.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
