Job Title Commercial Real Estate Partner

Package - $350,000 - $470,000 Basic Salary + Bonus

Location New York Head Office (Remote working flexibility)

Role Overview:

Seeking a Commercial Real Estate Partner to play a key role in the ongoing upward trajectory of an award winning, mid-sized law firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising real investors, developers, investors, PE funds on a wide range of real estate transactions
  • Acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale of commercial real estate including office and multi-family projects, shopping centers and hotels
  • Representing investors in the acquisition and sale of real estate assets, national and regional investors, developers and private equity funds in the structuring and negotiation of joint venture arrangements, borrowers and lenders in connection with acquisition, permanent and construction loan financings, mezzanine loan financings and other debt structures, corporations and other organizations in their leasing of office, retail and industrial space

Requirements:

  • 10 years+ in Commercial Real Estate Law
  • circa $1m+ portable book of business in Commercial Real Estate Law
  • Proven experience advising real estate investors, owners, developers and private equity funds in real estate transactions (acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale)
  • Team player with a positive, ambitious mentality
