Focusing on NYC clients, this is an excellent opportunity to join a team of engaging and supportive Attorney's. *Description**A varied role, as Real Estate Associate, you will:** Working on a range of Real Estate matters* Previous work in Real Estate Litigation is beneficial but not essential * Assist the Partners with writing and varied Real Estate matters - leasing, developments, acquisitions, joint ventures etc. *Profile**The successful Real Estate Associate, will have demonstrable experience:** JD* Admitted to practice in New York* 4-6 years Real Estate experience* Mature, team spirited and customer first approach* Strong written skills essential* *Candidates must be available to interview in late May/ early June and be entitled to work in the US without sponsorship (now or in the future)**Job Offer**Competitive package available for the successful Real Estate Litigation Associate:** Base salary: c. $175,000 - $225,000 PA (depending on experience)* Excellent work-life balance, hybrid home/ Manhattan office working (in office 3 days per week)* Wider benefits * Reasonable billable hours target for bonus * Great scope for career progression and opportunity to work with a fantastic client base!This is a highly desirable Midsize firm, please express interest ASAP to be considered.
