Golenbock s Real Estate group seeks an associate with three to five years of experience and the drive to continue to develop into a well-rounded transactional real estate attorney. We are seeking an attorney with experience negotiating, managing and closing acquisitions, sales, commercial leases and financings. Candidates should be capable of reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, loan documents and joint venture agreements. The associate will be given significant transactional responsibilities and client contact and will work closely with Partners and Counsel.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $225,000 depending on the candidate s experience.
