Real Estate Associate/Attorney (recent grads are welcomed to apply)

Very well-known outstanding law firm based in Staten Island seeks Real Estate Associate/Attorney with NY real estate transaction experience.

The candidate will be engaged in a wide array of transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale and purchase contracts, commercial leases, development related agreements and loan documents, and handling related diligence efforts, such as title and survey reviews.

This is an excellent position with room for growth. Salary will be commensurate with experience. The firm is willing to train the right candidate!

Qualifications:

• Must be admitted to practice in New York
• Experience doing residential real estate transactions; experience in commercial real estate transactions is a plus!
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Written and verbal communication skills
