What's required: -Meet, greet and interact with guests in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner -Direct guests to the appropriate destination -Coordinate special events and manage crowd control -Perform administrative responsibilities as required -Assist when needed in table settings and general dining room duties What it takes: -Prior customer service experience in an upscale food and beverage environment highly preferred -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written -Possess excellent computer skills -Must have open availability including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays -Must be able to multi-task Other things to consider: -A significant portion of the work day requires walking and standing for extended periods of time. -Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. -Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space.
