$10K Sign on Bonus to all new hires

The Radiology/ CT Technologist is responsible for interpreting doctors' orders; immobilize, instruct and position patients.

Responsibilities:

* Administer non-injectable contrast material

* Sets up and operate stationary and mobile x-ray equipment

* Develops and review radiographs for quality and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Graduate of AMA approved radiology school

* Must be licensed in N.Y. State and be ARRT and CPR certified

* 3-5 years' experience as a staff technologist

* Knowledge of multi-discipline areas

* Must be experienced in radiological techniques, patient positioning, radiation protection, fluoroscopic and intravenous examinations, tomography and special examinations

* Must obtain a minimum of 24 Category A continuing education credits every 2 years

* Excellent communication skills required.

* BLS or CPR/AED training required and accepted from only American Heart Association or American Red Cross

* No online programs from any organization will be accepted.

Salary Range

USD $49.90 - USD $62.50 /Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
