Townsquare/Albany is looking for our next superstar Content Creator on Adult Contemporary WPBZ and Production Director for our 5-station cluster serving Upstate New Yorks Capital Region. This is your opportunity to entertain and create compelling 360 female and family-friendly content to engage our audience on multiple platforms on-air, on our websites and on socials. Youll perform a compelling air-shift on 103.9 The Breeze and write and create clickable, sharable local content on our digital platforms. You will also be a key driver of local revenue, working collaboratively with our content and sales teams to help our advertising partners meet their marketing goals. Youll receive excellent training in both on-air and digital content creation.
As Production Director you will work with sales executives to get the best creative on the air and within set deadlines. You will work with voice talent to ensure a high standard of VO work and production, many times overseeing and coaching that voice work that you will produce to the finished product. You collaborate with our clients in studio on copywriting and coach them on voice work to get the best product possible.

**Responsibilities**
* Create a digital first environment leading in the execution of best-in-market content
* Write and publish at least two (2) original 250-word local articles for each weekday air shift
* Engage daily with your audience via the station mobile app and the stations accounts on social media, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
* Incorporate content from the stations digital platforms into your on-air show. Digital content creation as part of your show prep ahead of your on-air shift is highly encouraged.
* Serve our commercial clients and oversee audio production
* Work with the traffic department to ensure deadlines are met and paperwork is accurate
* Work with sales executives to get the best creative on the air and within set deadlines
* Work with voice talent to ensure a high standard of VO work and production, many times overseeing and coaching that voice work that you will produce to the finished product
* Will collaborate with our clients in-studio on copywriting and coach them on voice work to get the best product possible
* Manage all commercial audio for terrestrial and online broadcast in partnership with the traffic & continuity team
* Work with programming on various audio uploading (commercials, music, promotional announcements, etc.)
* Manage and organize client audio, airchecks, etc. and be responsive to local and corporate sales teams for audio requests
**Qualifications**
* Creative thinker
* Previous digital content creation is required
* On-air experience preferred but not required
* Expert audio production and editing skills
* Ability to navigate Nexgen & Adobe Audition
* Copy Writing experience
* On-Air Radio experience
* WideOrbit experience isnt required but preferred
