Quantitative Researcher

Our client is a small, somewhat under the radar trading firm (~300 people) who are actively looking to scale their Quant Research population in their NYC office.

To apply you'll need the following:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
• Have a minimum of two years' experience in developing quantitative trading strategies
• Be skilled in analyzing large financial datasets for signals in mid- to high-frequency trading
• Demonstrate exceptional mathematical proficiency
• Possess a passion for solving complex mathematical challenges
• Be proficient in statistical languages/packages such as R, Python, or similar tools
