Job Responsibilities

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct interface with manufacturing and QC to resolve manufacturing issues and to identify areas where opportunities exist to implement improvements.
  • Address internal and customer complaints by performing root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Generate quality plans and inspection plans to address specific customer requirements.
  • Generate and maintain quality management procedures and instructions.
  • Assist with addressing supplier quality issues as needed.
  • Review and generate AS9102 First Article Reports.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Three years experience in manufacturing environment preferably manufacturing of Circuit Card Assemblies.
  • Two years experience working in a QC/QA role.
  • Experience with reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Experience with AS9102 First Article requirements.
  • Experience in using root cause and corrective action using tools such as 8D, fishbone and 5 why.

SPECIAL TRAINING/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Current or past J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610. Trainer Certification a plus.
  • Experience with Micro Vu Vision System or equivalent.

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $31.25 - $31.25 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
