This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and lead quality management initiatives in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of implementing and managing quality control systems in the construction industry. Responsibilities:As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:1. Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality management system for all construction projects. 2. Ensuring all construction projects comply with MTA standards, regulations, and best practices.3. Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective actions.4. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met at all stages of the project.5. Providing training and guidance to the construction team on quality control procedures and standards.6. Preparing and presenting quality reports and performance metrics to senior management and clients.7. Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality management system.8. Managing and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise related to quality control.9. Keeping abreast of latest industry trends, standards, and best practices in quality management and civil engineering.Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you must have:1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in Quality Management will be an added advantage.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management role in the construction industry.3. Must be approved by the MTA.
