In this role, you'll lead efforts to maintain top-notch quality throughout the production processes. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to meet industry standards
- Establish checkpoints to monitor product quality and identify deviations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues
- Work with suppliers to establish quality standards for materials
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor quality control staff
- Coordinate with other departments to address quality-related concerns
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Experience in quality control management
- Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
