From the very start Tom had taken a chance on me. I knew very little and he still gave me an opportunity to learn a fantastic life-style and career. Then getting paired with one of the best in his field in Jon Lewis is a prime chance for me to really learn what professional and elite work looks like and how its done. I also thoroughly enjoy the teamwork atmosphere that is sent right from the very top down to the newest guy on the team. My future is very bright here, i am treated with respect, and value the knowledge available to me. Thats an amazing combination not found very often.
