  • Help students set and achieve academic goals
  • Engage in academic coaching/mentoring in one-on-one sessions and group sessions
  • Teach organizational strategies, study strategies, reading and writing skills
  • Conduct individual outreach to students as needed
  • Maintain an electronic summary of all work done with students
  • Collaborate with CAP team in support of students
  • Assist with proctoring and testing accommodations
  • Participate in the CAP Summer Transition Program for incoming CAP Freshmen
  • Participate in weekly staff meeting
  • Participate in ongoing professional development
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director
Required Experience/Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or higher in Education, Learning Disabilities or similar field
  • Experience working with students in Higher Education setting
  • Experience working within the context of special education or with students with learning disabilities
  • Professional tutoring or coaching experience a plus
