As an RFP Editor you will be solely responsible for editing and reviewing all marketing-related text and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for our Hotel & Villa Partners. This is a Paralegal-like role that requires you to have strong written communication skills where you will be ensuring materials for internal and external partners are thoroughly reviewed and edited.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and edit all marketing material and Requests for Proposals for accuracy and quality
  • Communicate and work with partners to ensure that content is published in a timely manner
  • Increase commercial performance of existing hotel and villa partnerships through robust marketing and support in a style that is consistent with the brand
  • Improve and maintain the quality of the brand's preferred hotel and villa communications
  • Analyze and understand customer demand and ensure we have all resources needed to successfully meet that demand

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • 4+ years of editing experience
  • Bachelor s Degree in communications, journalism or marketing or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills and high level of commercial acumen
  • Attention to detail and exemplary follow-up
  • Exceptional research and writing skills
  • Ability to work on a fast-paced team, balancing and organizing a busy workload, multiple projects & meetings
  • Experience in professional communication and the ability to craft key messages and unique selling points with the help of subject matter experts

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft Office and quick adoption of new databases and systems
