**Overview**
To ensure our products are consistently delivered according to set standards and processes and improve upon processes to increase overall efficiencies.
**Responsibilities**
* Participate in key project milestones to assure QCD achievement. Includes all Team Meetings, Design Reviews, Delivery reviews, Safety Reviews, Gate Reviews, Project Reviews and Risk Management sessions as maybe required.
* Measure and control CONQ for the assigned projects. Assist PM in leading CONQ reduction via root cause analysis using continuous improvement methods.Provide project audit (inspections) function for both processes and work results, launching corrective action plans for non-conformances via NCR system.
* Participate in Top 10 customer issues process and manage root cause analysis and subsequent solutions Maintain and display the Project Quality Dashboard for assigned projects, with target of full transparency for Quality status Develop and maintain the processes that support optimized Project Quality Management.
* Plan quality activities during the initiation of the project and in parallel with the Project Management Plan Project Quality Assurance Plans Review and verify Technical safety assessment, Safety Case Assure that scope changes do not negatively impact quality, safety, total cost and delivery.
**Educational Requirements**
* BSc degree Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering or Associate degree in engineering tech plus 10 years of quality experience
**Experience**
* 5-7 years in Quality assurance or engineering safety
* Project Experience in an engineering environment, aerospace, railroad signaling etc.is preferred
