Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a highly talented, self-driven and motivated Project Manager to be based in New York, New York area working in the NY Metro Transit Rail Project and Design Management group.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Perform project management responsibilities on transit rail projects in the NY Metro areaManage a multi-discipline design team to produce high quality design deliverables, meet schedules and stay within project budgetsCoordinates design and construction phase services for design-build, design-bid-build or PMC projectsResponds to client issued RFQ and RFPs, assist in marketing for Transit Rail pursuitsEffectively communicate expectations and requirements with both clients and team membersOversee development of project design schedules and project cost estimates.Monitor project and discipline budgets against progress.QualificationsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree plus four (4) years of relevant design and construction experience on transportation projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.Demonstrated experience with Design-Build projects.Preferred Qualifications4 years of Project Management.Experience working on MTA C&D projects.6 years of transportation design and construction experience.Additional InformationSponsorship is available for this role.Relocation assistance is not available for this role.Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
