With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world's most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Role description:As a Project Manager/Project Planner your primary responsibility is to oversee and optimize the planning, scheduling and financial reporting aspects of the project. You will play a crucial role in managing costs, analyzing financial/schedule and resource data, and implementing strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of the project. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong foundation in project planning and coordination. The ideal candidate should be adept at resource management, particularly in terms of manpower, subcontractors, and project schedules. Role accountabilities:
  • Monitoring progress of projects to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Creating and maintaining schedules for all phases of the project
  • Managing project teams consisting of design professionals, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Creating reports detailing the status of projects and highlighting any potential issues that may arise
  • Evaluate Resource Planning
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality control, supply chain, and sales, to optimize project outcomes.
  • Ensure sound administration and communication flow between the project team and other related parties (internal and external).
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, such as project schedules, specifications, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Keep track of Project Schedule/progress and communicate with all various stakeholders from project kickoff to completion.
  • Establish contingency plans on critical activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
  • At least 15 years of experience in leadership roles, managing senior specialists and managerial staff within the project controls function.
  • Experience in program-level and project-level scheduling for large transportation infrastructure projects, such as rail, tunnels, stations, signal, power, and trackwork projects.
