The Bolton Group is searching for a Project Manager to oversee electrical infrastructure projects in the US.
What you'll do:
- Manage assigned electrical infrastructure projects in the US, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality and specification requirements.
- Provide valuable input for bids (tenders) and participate in other project management tasks.
- Help us expand our project execution capabilities on the US Northeast coast.
- Lead and manage geographically dispersed project teams, assigning appropriate resources (staff, subcontractors) and ensuring efficient use of project tools, processes, and procedures.
- Contribute to tender activities and actively participate in quality and safety (HSE) initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in a related field (e.g., engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the offshore/marine/subsea industry.
- Experience working on domestic (and ideally international) projects related to interconnectors, wind farms, or power from shore solutions.
- Strong commitment to quality and safety practices throughout project execution.
- Natural leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Legal authorization to work in the US.
