Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets - Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control - Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success - Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes - Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management - Manage project risks and resolve issues as they arise - Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - 5-10 years of experience in civil construction project management - Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Experience working on construction projects in New York City is a plus.
