ABOUT
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our production team. This person will work with mid-senior level members across verticals to help manage multiple client projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Assist in managing project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
- Ensure clear internal teams have clear next steps based on client communication.
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including internal notes, timelines, decks etc.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Participate in project review meetings with clients and internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience seeing a project through from initial ideation to final delivery
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced creative environment
