Job Title: Project Manager, Store Design & Visual Merchandising (Contract)

Location: New York City (Hybrid Remote, in office 3 days/week)

Rate: $500 per day

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager for an ongoing contract opportunity with our client in the skin care and cosmetics industry.

This role will focus on managing global visual merchandising projects, including new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retail installations. While experience in store design or visual merchandising is preferred, we're open to candidates with strong project management skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project management for new product launches and seasonal in-store campaigns.
• Partner with Creative and Marketing leadership to ensure on-time delivery and brand consistency.
• Manage resources, assess priorities, and schedule programs.
• Liaise with regional teams to execute projects to brand standards.
• Lead meetings, including brand and corporate meetings and executive visits.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in retail or construction.
• Strong project management skills, with knowledge of standard tools and methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional communication and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lead teams and build collaborative relationships.
• Beauty industry experience is a plus.
