You will work closely with our clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from pre-construction to final completion- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans- Communicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders- Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed- Prepare and submit project reports to senior managementQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents- Valid driver's license and reliable transportationJoin our dynamic team and be a part of our exciting projects that shape the skyline of Paradise.
