We are looking for a project manager to join our team! GreenStar International, LLC is an innovative firm with a business model that improves upon traditional practices. Whether it be the developer, architect, designer or general contractor, we work alongside to bring the interior aspects of a project to life.
Responsibilities
- Site visits: take measurements of custom products (i.e. vanities, kitchen cabinets); check on status of projects; quality control of products upon arrival; coordinate delivery of samples or any elements required; build relationships with various project teams
- Project management: review all drawings and details; look for business opportunities within any given scope; be aware of each product, purpose and place within a given project; prepare matrices and spreadsheets for proposals; generate & organize submittals
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in construction management, engineering, another related field
- Experience in project planning and management
- Proficiency in: Microsoft Office, Adobe, Procore, Building Connected, Bluebeam
- Ability to manage multiple products across multiple projects at a time
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Salary is inclusive of benefits such as health insurance, Gympass, etc. and is dependent on experience.
