The Project Manager will be responsible for leading our project teams and ensuring the successful completion of organizational projects. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level project initiatives. As a leader in our project management office, you will oversee a variety of projects from both the Production Department and the PR Department .
Responsibilities
- Develop and update project plans, including project objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, and schedules.
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
- Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Assess current or future customer needs and priorities through direct interaction, market research or other means.
- Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.
- Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.
- Establish and execute a project internal communication plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business, management, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of project management and related experience.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- R Studio, Stata, SQL, and Tableau experience preferred.

Working Conditions
- Primarily in an office environment. Will require travel to project sites.
