Job Description: As a Project Finance Manager, you will collaborate closely with their development team, analyze project expenditures, and ensure that financial objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the development team to analyze and track project spend, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial objectives.
- Playing a key role in closed deals and transactions, providing financial expertise and insights to support decision-making.
- Demonstrating proficiency in the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, and effectively managing financial risks associated with each stage.
- Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and financial analysis to evaluate project viability and identify potential challenges.
- Ensuring project financials remain within scope by implementing robust monitoring and control mechanisms.
- Possessing a minimum of 5 years of experience in project finance or mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on renewable energy power projects.
- Building strong relationships with sponsors, developers, and lenders within the renewable energy industry.
- Demonstrating industry-specific knowledge and expertise in renewable energy project financing.
- Taking ownership of policing development by closely monitoring project expenditures and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
- Developing and maintaining complex financial models to support project evaluation and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project finance or mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on renewable energy power projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing project finances and delivering results within budgetary constraints.
