Job Title: Transport and Infrastructure Architect (Senior Level)
8+ years Experience in Transport related design and construction required.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Transport and Infrastructure Architect to join a team in New York City. As a mid-senior level professional, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing and transportation systems in aviation, rail and infrastructure projects; including urban development initiatives that enhance mobility, sustainability, and quality of life for residents and visitors alike.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and planning of transportation networks, including aviation and rail structures, public transit, and pedestrian infrastructure, to improve efficiency and accessibility.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate transportation solutions with urban planning, architecture, and environmental considerations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and risk analyses for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Develop innovative strategies for sustainable transportation, such as transit-oriented development, green infrastructure, and alternative mobility options.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
- Engage with stakeholders, government agencies, and community groups to gather input, address concerns, and build consensus for infrastructure projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 8+ years of experience in transportation planning, infrastructure design, or urban development, with a focus on complex projects in urban environments.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, (Microstation is preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights and design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles, resilient design practices, and emerging trends in transportation technology is desirable.
- Professional certifications or licensure (e.g., AIA, AICP, PE) is a plus.
