We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a critical transformation program aimed at upgrading Reinsurance product offerings to meet evolving customer needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the program across multiple workstreams from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, strict governance, communication across multiple stakeholders and delivering within budget and time constraints. The role involves close collaboration with chief executives, business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partner and the product company to ensure seamless execution and success of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive program and project plan across multiple workstreams that includes all necessary activities across business, IT, and product development teams.

2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program outcomes, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all parties involved.

3. Engage with chief executives to align the program with strategic business objectives and report on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies and agile metrics.

4. Collaborate with IT and the product company to ensure that technical solutions are agile, scalable, and aligned with program objectives.

5. Manage relationships with business stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and addressed within the program's scope.

6. Coordinate with IT and product company and implementation partner to ensure technical solutions are designed and implemented in line with program requirements and industry best practices.

7. Manage governance and communication plan across multiple workstreams, frequent/ timely meetings, strategic discussions, management updates etc.

8. Oversee the program budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and expenditures are within the approved limits.

9. Identify and manage program risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the program's success.

10. Ensure that the program delivers enhanced Reinsurance products that meet customer needs and comply with regulatory standards.

11. Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new products and features by both internal teams and customers.

12. Conduct regular program reviews and post-implementation evaluations to capture learnings and improve future program management practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably within the insurance financial services industry. Reinsurance domain knowledge is a bonus

3. Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation programs with a focus on product development and IT integration.

4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.

6. Deep understanding of the Insurance or Reinsurance market, products, and regulatory environment.

7. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

9. Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is good to have.

10. Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
