Summary: Provide outstanding support to employees and internal stakeholder inquiries around processes, policy, and issues related to centrally driven DEI Community Engagement strategies & programs. Responsibilities:
- Program support - Manage inbound employee inquiries (through email alias), identify needs, process necessary requests regarding DEI Community Engagement and DEI Comms Planning for 2024.
- Process and Operational improvement - Help identify areas for and drive process improvement projects for work streams across the global DEI Community Engagement team. Partner with team to develop future state strategy & build sustainable operational model for DEI Community Engagement best practices to scale
- Communication - Support the team with effective team communication, proactive information distribution and real-time problem solving - i.e., establish communication structure to report out updates, develop communication templates to support Community Engagement Managers and Executive Sponsors, proactively connect with xfn partners to make them aware of how they can provide support
- Data management - Execute data pulls, analyze data inquiries, produce reports for DEI Community Engagement Managers.; and data/information gathering on external DEI best practices, particularly in engagement and inclusion space
- Events Management - Work alongside Community Engagement Managers, MRG Leads and broader team to own and execute programming and events related to Heritage Months and Cultural Moments that Matter across North America
Skills:
- DE&I experience (events and/or communities ERG's)
- PM skills and experience
- Cross functional communication at all levels
- PMP certificate
- Ability to speak Portuguese
Compensation: The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
